Our History
As more family members joined the business, the company was rebranded as Wood Products Kenya Ltd. Today the company is still run my members of the founding family and continues in its roots to provide the market with wood products.

1935
Business Incorporated as Hardial Singh & Bros
1967
Commissioned the first timber treatment plant in East Africa
1970
Registered standard mark for timber parquet flooring
1975
Wood products Kenya LTD. is incorporated
2001
Moved to Enterprise Road & expended facility to 10,000 SQM
2005
Introduced first vinyl pressing machinery for wrapping MDF
2012
Started Batch 1 cabinetry plant compromising of CNC machine & edging machines
2012
Installed 5 timber drying machines with the 300m3, drying capacity
2015
Planted a 10,000 tree forestry as part of our CSR activity towards Environmental Conservation
2016
Automated Batch 2 cabinetry production comprising of precision routing & assembly of board furniture products
2018
Implemented a large scale 50 kw solar power plant
2019
Introduced automated lacquering & door manufacturing plant
2020
Introduced a new line of imported Italian Kitchens with Lube
